Everything fall + comfort food oriented, of course. It's crucial to feed your body healthy, whole foods that support all the work you do in the studio. But it's also equally important to nurture the soul with delicious comfort food now and again! We are not talking about mindlessly eating a bag of potato chips while you frantically crush your workload trying to meet a deadline, but consciously creating and enjoying a delicious meal to share with friends or family!
