lululemon and Well.Fit join forces this summer for a fun, in store, pop-up class series.
1st Sundays at lululemon in Biltmore Village.
Mark your calendars, the schedule is as follows:
Sunday June 2, 9am : Cycle class pop-up (+tentative 10am overflow class) 45 min, $20.00
Sunday July 7, 9am : Bodyweight bootcamp 45 minutes high intensity functional strength training class suitable for all fitness levels. Community class, free of charge.
Sunday August 4, 9am : Stretch and Mobility workshop with special guest, local yogi and body worker, Cea Rubin. Community class, free of charge.

Class begins at 9am sharp, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early
We do not provide shoes, each cycle’s pedals are equipped with SPD clips and also have a toes cage for those riding in tennis shoes. Please no dirty shoes on the bikes.
Bring a water bottle and be ready to sweat!
Sweat towels provided.
