Sunday July 7, 10am : Bodyweight Strength Training!! This high energy class is for everyone. We harness our own body weight and move through a 45 minutes high intensity functional strength training sequence that is suitable for all fitness levels. Community class, free of charge. And of course, we will have a special playlist for hype!!
Fresh Juice and/or mimosas after the ride and of course, we get a private shopping opportunity!!
Sunday August 4, 10am : Stay strong, stay injury free! Mobility is your key to continuing to reap the rewards of all your hard work. Where there is restriction there is often weakness and opportunity for injury. Join us for the Stretch and Mobility workshop with special guest, local yogi and body worker, Cea Rubin. Community class, free of charge.
