FIRST THINGS FIRST

REGISTER IN ADVANCE: Before your first visit please REGISTER ONLINE HERE in advance - this will make the check-in process for your first visit smooth and efficient!

BEFORE your class

ATTIRE: We don’t rent shoes but every bike has a toe cages on one side and SPD clips on the other so you can ride in your (clean) tennis shoes or bring your own SPD cycle shoes. Further than that, we we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and a hair tie if you’ll need one.

FUEL UP: Be sure to drink plenty of water and have a small snack before class. We have a water-fill station and encourage you to bring your own bottle but if you forget we also have water available for purchase.

STORAGE: We have lockers in the back for storing your personal belongings upon arrival. Complementary sweat towels are provided as well.

DURING

CHECK IN: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class and check in at the front desk. Our team will get you all set up on your bike, answer any questions you have, and ensure that you’re ready to roll (so to speak).

ETIQUETTE: Get ready to have some fun and sweat it out! There are a couple of things that we do ask to ensure that everyone has a great experience:
1. We understand there are sometimes emergencies, but we ask that clients generally refrain from using cell phones in the studio.
2. Once class begins we ask that you please curb the conversations. It can be distracting from your own workout and to others.
3. Be mindful of your aroma. Strong smelling perfumes or body odors are equally unwelcome by your workout buddies.

YOUR SAFETY: There’s nothing quite like giving it all you’ve got when you’re working out and we encourage that. However we also encourage you to listen to your body and know you’re limits. It’s so cool that you’re in class, so no need to try and impress anyone (we already like you a lot)!
